This is a rubber material MOON Equipped original steering wheel cover.

No tools are required—simply place it over a steering wheel with a diameter of approximately 14.5” to 15”. Made from rubber, it offers excellent grip and maintains a consistent surface temperature on the steering wheel, whether it's hot in the summer or cold in the winter. This ensures a comfortable grip in any season.
By installing the steering wheel cover, the grip diameter becomes thicker, allowing for a power grip.
